Machine Description：
SME-6200 is an in-line, batch cleaning, high-end PCBA cleaning machine. It can effectively clean the residuals on SMT / THT welding PCBA, such as: rosin flux, water-soluble flux , non-clean flux ,solder paste and other organic and inorganic contaminations. Mainly used in aviation, aerospace, medical, new energy, automotive electronics, meters industries.
Machine Features：
1.Big quantity PCBA in line cleaning system.
2.Large flow clean method, super cleaning result. Thoroughly clean water-sular solder paste flux and non-clean solder paste flux on SMT or THT PCBA after welding.
3.Multi-areas aqueous detergent wash and DI water rinse process, Pre-clean, clean, final spray clean, air knives shear, hot air dry are completely according to settings.
4.Aqueous detergent and fresh DI water supply automatically, post-area DI water overflow to the previous-area.
5.Up/down detergent and DI water spray pressure can be adjusted, water pressure shown on meters.
6.Detergent and DI water spray pressure can reach to 80 PSI, it can permeate to PCBA bottom gap and make thoroughly clean.
7.Standard equipped with Resistivity monitoring system, resistivity range 0~18 MΩ.
8.Air knives shear+ long hot air dry system.
9.PCB flat conveyor net system, stable and no deviation.
10.PC control system, Chinese/English operation interface, program and parameters setting, load, save and change are very convenient.
11.Total SUS304 structure, Acid and Alkali corrosion resistance.
